Skyfall vs The Third Man.
In the commentary track for Skyfall, Sam Mendes points out the Carol Reed / Third Man influence in some of the underground chase sequences towards the end of the second act.
I tried to find a shot in the Third Man that was a more clear influence on this shot from Skyfall, but I don’t think there is a good 1:1.
